Summary
The NHS Safety Thermometer is a local improvement tool for measuring, monitoring and analysing patient harms and 'harm free' care.
To use the Tool:you must have Microsoft Excel 2007 or later and you must save the tool to your computer.
To use the Data Quality Report:you must have MS Excel 2003 or later and you must save the Report to your computer.
The Survey Level Exportand Patient Level Export contain a copy of all the data in the national tool. These files require Microsoft Excel 2007 or later.
