Summary
The Surplus Land collection has existed since 2008 to provide information to the Department of Health, the Homes and Communities Agency and Government Property Unit on sites that can be disposed of, thereby contributing to the Government Public Sector Land Disposal programme.
Highlights
Of those who submitted a return, 89 trusts reported that they had no surplus land as at 31 March 2016 and 148 reported that they had between one and 15 plots of surplus land, with a total of 418 plots of land totalling 545.7 hectares being declared as surplus to requirements
